This little cutie had her one year old session and braved not only the heat, but a few sprinkles as well. She was quite the trooper, considering how hot and humid it was! I just love the little pouty lips in this one.

I took their family pics a couple years ago and can’t believe how much this sweet little family has grown. We had an amazing shoot despite the sweltering heat! Recent One Year Old
June 20, 2010I had the pleasure of taking this little guys pictures this weekend. He was so good!!! I love listening to him talk, he seemed to have a language all his own. Towards the end we threw on what my kids call the “funky hat” and he just thought it was hysterical.
And here’s one because it’s Father’s Day and this dad is awesome and you can see his son totally agrees!!!
Miss M Turns One!!
May 16, 2010One of the many benefits of being a baby photographer, is getting to watch your clients grow. I get the privilege of peeking into the live of my clients every few months, and just as with my own children, I’m always amazed at how much they grow in between visits. This little cutie is one of my all time favorites, as a newborn she both slept perfectly and stared right into the camera for me. For her six month session, she again always had a smile on her face. Well we did her one year session this past week, and of course she was a rock star, always the happy baby, willing to do anything we asked. I love my job!!
Meet the Newest Thrasher
April 9, 2010This next generation in my family is growing up so fast, and I got to take pictures of another “great nephew” this week. It’s hard to believe that all my nieces and nephews are getting old enough to have kids of their own, but that’s what happens when you are the youngest by many years:) It was so fun taking this little cuties pictures, but he was the most awake newborn I’ve ever had so a little different for me.

My BFF
November 13, 2009I got to take my best friends family pictures this weekend. I love them, we’ve been friends for 10 years, it’s crazy to think that Dawson was only 6 months when we first started hanging out. Their kids are like siblings with my kids, in fact my kids were very frustrated that they couldn’t come along to play while we took pictures. Anyway, they have such a beautiful and sweet family, it’s always fun to get to take their pictures. Thanks for being our friends, your the best!!
Weekend Session
October 29, 2009After rescheduling from the rain twice and barely getting this one in as it poured on my way there, we finally managed to get some family shots for he B family. It turned out to be great weather when I got there, we even saw the sun briefly. I took these kiddos pictures last year and it was a pleasure again to get the whole family involved, including the family dog!
We’re not afraid to use bribery, fruit snacks can be a powerful tool and sometimes it’s a necessity, but that’s okay, because you get cute little shots like this one.
